We are a Vision Therapy Practice providing therapeutic interventions for children with developmental visual skills weaknesses often impacting learning. We work with children who may be struggling with reading, writing and other academic issues. We provide Visual Skills Assessments (i.e. how the eyes move and focus) and Visual Information Processing Assessments (i.e. how the brain interprets what is seen). Therapeutic interventions include lenses, prisms, tints, Syntonic Light Therapy and Optometric Vision Therapy. Our goal is to improve reading and learning, visual attention, and other activities of daily living by teaching developing brains how to control the eyes properly. We co-manage patients with practitioners such as Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists with the goal of maximizing the potential for all our patients. Vision Care Centre

At Vision Care Centre, we provide neuro-visual evaluations, and visual training for ALL AGES. We support learning related difficulties, Autism/ADHD, concussions, eye turns, and those interested in sports enhancement training. We work with insurance companies for anyone that has suffered a motor vehicle accident. We are the first in Ontario to offer Neurolens as a solution to headaches, migraines, and trigeminal dysphoria. Yonge Eyes Optometry
